Tips:
-Don't overcook or you'll get a rubbery, dried out cake. All microwaves are different so it may take some experimenting.
-A wider mug works better than a taller one.

We love mug cakes! I get a tableful of little girls together and bowls of all sorts of sweets--mini marshmallows, peanut butter and butterscotch chips, nutella, etc.--and let them create their own versions. Unbelievably good...but none look as beautiful as yours!
Holy crap, that's a great idea. And a fun little meme thing.
The cake sounds awesome, I've been meaning to try it.
Your chocolate bar sounds wonderful! This cake seems like the perfect fix for when you just gotta have it!
The Cinnamon Girl Bar sounds really good! Congrats on having a bar named after you! The Magic Cake in a Mug is a brilliant idea Reeni! It's perfect for just the two of us rather than making an entire chocolate cake!
Hugs to Moon!

:D I made this last night (took a few more than 3 minutes b/c we were out of chocolate chips, so I chopped up some little chocolate Easter eggs), and I drizzled some caramel sauce down the sides and topped it (and the first forkful) with whipped cream.
Needless to say, it was delicious and just what I needed. Thank you SO MUCH for posting this. I'm going to share it with my choco-holic friends ASAP.
~Pie
Wow your mug cake looks glamorous! Look at mine... haha. I didn't see your blog before doing this... it was an experiment.
