I have this issue every year. I love fresh corn chowder, but it's usually too hot to want soup when the corn is fresh. Yours looks fantastic and makes me want soup regardless of the weather!

The fresh corn this season is unrealistically good. At least the few ears I purchased at Whole Foods. I imagine they revolutionized this chowder!
