Now THATS a meatloaf I could get into. My husband doesn't like "meatloaf" but if I served him this and didn't call it "meatloaf" I bet he'd love it.

Meatloaf always reminds me of being a kid...it was one of my mom&#39;s favorite meals so she would make it for us a lot! (And it was one of all of our favorite meals too so we didn&#39;t mind! ;) ) Your version looks incredible with that cheesy filling!
