    Cornflakes and rice krispy type cereals could be easily redone as Gluten free, I think.

    I haven't tried it but potato flakes may work in meatloaf as a binder instead of breadcrumbs or oatmeal.

    I'm not educated enough on the whole gluten free thing, so would love to win the prize pack and see if they taste different. A fun idea for using the potato flakes is sauteing them with butter and using them to top some fresh grilled steaks. Garnish with chopped chives. Yum!
