Natural Vines Licorice Giveaway

Licorice

Natural Vines are made by the American Licorice Company, a company that was established in 1914 and is one of the original licorice manufacturers in the U.S. Natural Vines licorice comes in traditional black or strawberry-flavored twists and don’t have any high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavorings or preservatives. They are also free of trans fat and soy, are cholesterol-free, low-sodium, vegan and made in a nut free facility.

I received a package of each flavor to try and loved them both! It was a surprise because I’ve always preferred strawberry over the obnoxious black flavor. I even shut my eyes and cringed a little before quickly popping one into my mouth. I fully expected to spit it right back out. I was shocked to find it was really, really good! Not overpowering like other licorice I’ve tried. I’m pretty sure it’s because they use REAL licorice extract rather than phony flavoring like most other companies. I like the black almost as much, if not more than the strawberry. The strawberry flavor is kind of juicy! Strange, but true. Truly delicious!

Would you like to try Natural Vines? I have one package of each flavor to giveaway to one reader. All you have to do is leave a comment telling me your favorite type of non-chocolate candy.

This giveaway is now closed! The winner is Emily Z. of EZ’s Recipes. Congratulations and thanks to all for entering!

Reeni, thanks for stopping by my blog. RE: you comment about pickled onions instead of cabbage. The fish taco's I've had have the cabbage with just a few of these onions sprinkled on top. Too many of these onions would overwhelm the flavor. Merry Christmas
