It’s quite different from your traditional hot chocolate! It’s made with my secret weapon – International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Creamer, milk, white chocolate, marshmallow fluff and mini marshmallows coated in cinnamon.
It comes together in one saucepan and can easily take the place of any dessert. It’s very sweet and capable of satisfying the strongest sweet tooth.

Pumpkin Pie Spiced White Hot Chocolate (serves 2)
1 cup milk
1 cup International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer
4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Heat the milk and creamer in a small saucepan over medium – high heat, stirring often.
Once it starts to simmer turn the heat down to medium-low and add the white chocolate and marshmallow fluff. Whisk until completely melted and heated through.
Stir in the vanilla extract. Divide among two mugs.
Toss the marshmallows with a few dashes of cinnamon and divide among the two mugs. Serve.
