To celebrate the dwindling days of summer I threw together a pasta salad with leftover chicken, tomatoes and green onions from the garden and bowtie pasta.
Incredibly hearty and delicious – this kind of salad is hard to stop eating!
Serve as a main or side dish.
A pasta salad with chicken, tomatoes, green onions and bowtie pasta.
Ingredients
Instructions
- 1. Cook Farfalle according to package directions to al dente. Rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process. If not ready to dress, drizzle and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- 2. Meanwhile add mayo, sour cream, oil and lemon juice to a medium size bowl and whisk until combined well.
- 3. In a large bowl toss the pasta, chicken, tomatoes, and green onions. Pour dressing over top and toss gently until all the ingredients are evenly distributed and coated thoroughly.

I know squash needs to be pollinated in order to turn the flowers into actual vegetables. Pumpkin is a squash so maybe you need to manually pollinate them? Don't ask me though. TO GOOGLE!!
