Fresh green beans tossed in an Asian inspired dressing and sprinkled with nutty, toasted sesame seeds.
The dressing has a pungent, salty bite to it with raw garlic and ginger, rice vinegar and soy sauce. Strong flavors that meld together to make something special. A dressing so good I could drink it.
Green beans are one of my favorite summertime eats. So abundant in our garden, they grow like weeds faster than we can pick them.
If you find yourself in the same situation you can make a big batch of these green beans to have on hand.
They’re good hot, at room temperature or cold and they go with just about anything you want to pair them with especially grilled meat and chicken.

Reeni, I love the asian twist to these green beans! Sesame + ginger are wonderful together over veggies, but adding in some garlic takes this side dish over the top!
