Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Frozen ruby red pops bursting with fresh berries and a hint of lemon!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Lemon Extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Bring water and sugar to boil in small saucepan on medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Pour cooled syrup into blender container. Add strawberries and lemon extract; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm.

      You can use fresh lemon juice Susan! The recipe is from McCormick so I used their lemon extract as recommended! It’s great because sometimes you don’t have fresh lemon juice on hand. . .

    So many delicious frozen treats on that list! But I think these popsicles would be my favorite. Pink lemonade was always one of my favorite summer treats!
