Frozen Almond Joy Floats
1 cup International Delight Almond Joy Creamer
1 + 1/2 cups coconut water
4 cups crushed ice or 6 cups ice cubes
2 big scoops vanilla bean or chocolate ice cream
Add the creamer, coconut water and ice to a blender. Blend/pulse until smooth and the ice chopped to bits and fully combined.
Divide among two big, wide, tall glasses and top each one with a scoop of ice cream.
